Terms of service
These terms govern your use of rollingrender.com and any order you place. Rolling Render is operated by Oaklands Creative Limited ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
What we do
Rolling Render turns a photo of your car or bike into cinematic wall art, printed and delivered as a made-to-order piece. Products are described on the site; we try to keep imagery and descriptions accurate but exact colours can vary slightly between screens and print.
Ordering, pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.
Proofs, approval & refunds
We create your artwork and send a proof before anything is printed. You can request changes, or a full refund, at any point before you approve your proof. Once you approve it, your piece is personalised and made to order — please see our Refund & Returns Policy for exactly when refunds apply.
The photo you upload
By uploading a photo and placing an order, you confirm that:
- you own the photo or have the right to use it;
- it does not infringe anyone else's rights; and
- you will not upload images of identifiable third parties, celebrities or public figures without their consent, or anything unlawful, offensive or infringing.
You grant us a limited licence to use your photo and brief to create, proof, produce and (where you reorder) reproduce your artwork. We will only use your finished artwork in our own marketing if you give us permission to, and where you do, we remove your number plate first. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these terms and will refund it.
Intellectual property
You receive your finished print for your own personal use. We retain ownership of our rendering process, tools, templates and brand. You may not resell our artwork commercially or reproduce it beyond the copies you order without our permission.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Our liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
