Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Rolling Render ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights over it. Rolling Render is operated by Oaklands Creative Limited, Oaklands, Whitesmith, Lewes, BN8 6JD. For any privacy question, contact info@rollingrender.com.

What we collect

Contact & order details — your name, email address, delivery address and order history.
The photo you upload and the brief you give us (scene, plate, colour, driver/rider and other choices) — this is what we use to create your artwork.
Payment information — taken securely at checkout by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used (see Cookies).

How we use it

To create your artwork, send you proofs, and produce and deliver your order.
To provide customer support and handle any refunds.
To let you see and reorder past artwork in your gallery.
To send order-related emails (confirmations, proofs, dispatch). Marketing emails only if you opt in.
To improve the site and prevent fraud.

We rely on performance of your contract to fulfil your order, and on your consent or our legitimate interests for analytics and any marketing.

Who we share it with

We only share what's necessary with the service providers who help us run Rolling Render:

Shopify — our store and checkout platform.
Uploadcare — secure hosting of the photo you upload.
Gelato — our print and fulfilment partner, who receive your artwork file and delivery address to print and ship your order.
Our proofing/rendering system, which processes your photo and brief to create your artwork.
Our email and analytics providers.
Judge.me — only if you choose to leave a review.

We never sell your personal information. We use your uploaded photo only to create your artwork — we won't use it for anything else without your permission (see "Your photos" below).

Your photos

Your uploaded photo is used to produce your artwork and is kept so you can reorder from your gallery. We won't use it for anything else without your permission.

With your consent, we may feature your finished artwork in our own marketing — for example on our website or social channels — and where we do, we remove your number plate first. Giving consent is entirely optional and never a condition of ordering. You can withdraw it at any time, or ask us to delete your photo altogether, by emailing info@rollingrender.com.

How long we keep it

We keep order and artwork records for as long as needed to support reorders, returns and our legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or object to it. Email info@rollingrender.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the store and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage these via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

We may update this policy; the current version always lives on this page.
