Refund policy
Every Rolling Render piece is created individually from your photo and made to order, so this policy explains exactly when you can get your money back. In short: nothing is printed until you approve your proof, and up to that point you can have a full refund.
How your order works
- You pay when you place your order.
- We create your artwork and send you a proof to review — usually within the hour during working hours.
- If it's not right, we'll rework it. If you still don't want it, we refund you in full.
- Once you approve your proof, your piece goes to print and is dispatched.
Refunds before you approve your proof
Before you approve your proof, you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund — no quibble. Just reply to your proof email or contact us at info@rollingrender.com and we'll sort it. We'll always offer to rework the artwork first, but you're never obliged to accept it.
After you approve your proof
Once you approve your proof, we begin producing a bespoke, made-to-order item personalised specifically for you. For this reason, approved orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are in production.
This is consistent with UK consumer law: the normal 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). Your approval is the point at which your artwork becomes personalised to you.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@rollingrender.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge (or refund it if you'd prefer). Please don't return anything until we've been in touch.
Reorders
Extra copies of artwork you already own are also made to order and follow the same rule: refundable up to the point of approval (or, for exact reprints of art you've already approved, up to the point they enter production), and covered by the same damage and fault guarantee.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Once processed, it can take a few working days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
